Influence Learning Center is a homeschool-hybrid that exists to support homeschooling families by providing community-building and learning opportunities for students in TK through high school. Our hybrid program blends in-person classroom instruction and home-based learning to create a flexible and appealing educational model.

Each term, we curate a unique and robust schedule of classes designed to supplement your child's home-based learning. Families can select classes that enhance their own homeschooling programs and cater to the individual needs and learning styles of their children.

In addition to our in-house classes, Influence Learning Center collaborates with third-party vendors who offer elective courses in close proximity to our campus. Our preferred vendors provide fun and engaging classes in areas such as S.T.E.M., art, sports, history, science, chess, and archery. We coordinate with these vendors to ensure that class times align, allowing families to create a cohesive schedule.

To further build community, Influence Learning Center offers supervised lunch breaks, monthly chapels, field trips, and celebrations throughout the year, fostering a sense of belonging and shared learning among students.

At Influence Learning Center we seek to inspire children spiritually, intellectually and socially and to equip them to step into the role God has planned for their lives. We do this by hosting dynamic classes and community experiences that will challenge students to discover their individual giftings, abilities and interests.

We are a vibrant community of homeschooling families who cherish the freedom and opportunity to educate our children at home, tailoring their education to meet each child's unique needs and God-given gifts, talents, and interests. Influence Learning Center is dedicated to providing children with exceptional educational and experiential opportunities within a supportive community setting.

Rooted in Christian values and biblical principles, we uphold standards of love, generosity, faithfulness, conflict resolution, kindness, and self-control. Our commitment is to foster a safe environment free from harassment, bullying, or negative talk. We value and respect one another, feeling truly blessed to be part of this incredible community.

Our community thrives on the collective efforts of its members. From setup to aiding instructors, monitoring the campus, and cleaning up for Sunday services, it’s all hands on deck! We pray together, support each other, and welcome creative, problem-solving ideas to steward our gifts and talents for this ministry.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

  • Core Curriculum
    We offer core classes for TK through middle school students in the areas of Language Arts, Math, Science and History. Core classes meet two days a week for all grade levels. Each week, our core instructors provide weekly lesson plans to help parents work with their students at home throughout the week.
  • Kingdom Values and Learning Support
    We also offer optional enrichment classes for our students including Life Skills Through Collaborative Learning (Leadership), Brightminds Tutoring, Write From The Beginning and Reading Foundations, as well as Bible Basics and our new Kingdom Calling class.
  • Elective Classes
    We are able to point you to independent vendors who offer an excellent assortment of specialized classes for your young learners! Classes are in the areas of the creative arts, music, health and fitness, S.T.E.M., skateboarding, chess, theatre and Spanish. You would be working with vendors directly to sign your kids up and these vendors are not a part of the ILC program.
